These terms cover purchases from softenandfilter.com, run by WickedPath LLC, a Florida company (“we”). Placing an order means you accept them.
Orders
An order confirmation email means we received your order. The order is accepted when it ships. We can cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is out of stock, a price or description on the site was wrong, or the order looks fraudulent.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Sales tax is added where we’re required to collect it.

Product information
Specifications, certifications and photos come from the manufacturers. We work to keep them accurate, but check the owner’s manual and the manufacturer’s certification listing before you rely on a system for a health-related contaminant.
Installation
You’re responsible for installing the equipment as the manufacturer describes and as your local plumbing and electrical codes require, including any permit. Where the manual or your code calls for a licensed plumber or electrician, use one. We don’t install equipment.
Limits of liability
The manufacturer’s warranty is the only warranty on the products. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability for any claim about an order is limited to what you paid for that order. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as water damage from an installation.
Law
Florida law governs these terms. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Florida.
