Where we ship
We ship to street addresses in the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses aren’t available yet. Freight orders need a street address, not a PO box.
Some systems can’t ship to California, Iowa or Wisconsin while we confirm each state’s certification rules. Checkout lists the states we can’t ship to.
How orders ship
Orders ship from the manufacturer’s or distributor’s warehouse, so one order with several items can arrive in separate boxes on different days. Tracking is emailed as each package leaves.
Each product page shows the usual time before it ships. If an order is going to be later than that, we email you the new date, and you can cancel for a full refund before it ships.
Shipping cost
Checkout shows the shipping cost before you pay. Cartridges and smaller systems go by ground parcel (UPS or FedEx). Softener tanks, large media tanks and multi-tank systems go by freight.
Freight deliveries
- The carrier calls or emails to set a delivery appointment.
- Delivery is curbside, with a liftgate where the product page says so. The driver doesn’t carry it inside.
- Count the boxes and inspect them before you sign. Write any damage on the delivery receipt, or refuse a box that’s clearly broken.
Damaged or missing items
Email [email protected] within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the box and the damage. Keep the packaging until the claim is settled; the carrier may ask to see it.
