Warranty

Every system carries its manufacturer’s warranty. The product page and the owner’s manual list what it covers and for how long.

Making a claim

Email [email protected] with:

• Your order number
• The model and serial number
• What’s wrong, with photos or a short video

We send the claim to the manufacturer and follow it until they decide. Replacement parts usually ship straight from the manufacturer.

Keeping the warranty valid

• Install the system as the manual describes and follow your local plumbing code. Some manufacturers require a licensed plumber.
• Change cartridges and service the system on the manual’s schedule, and keep the receipts.
• Keep the system inside, away from freezing and direct sun, unless the manual says it’s rated for outdoors.
